Adding your email signature in Apple Mail
Posted By Seller Panda comments January 19, 2015
- Important note: When adding copying your signature from your Shopify admin it’s important you do so from a Chrome browser and not Safari.
- Next, go to Apple Mail on your Mac and click on Mail > Preferences.
- Click on Signatures and choose the mail account you want to add the signature to.
- Click on the + icon below to create a new signature, in this case Signature #1.
- Paste the signature in the rightmost column.
- Drag the signature from the middle column (Signature #1) to the email account you want to add it to in the left-most column.
- Now once you compose a new email your signature will show at the end of your message.

When I paste this into apple mail, I end up with a gigantic image, and nothing else.

Hi Barbara,
We had an issue with the resizing of the logo in the email signature, but our team are working on fixing this issue. I’ll keep you posted.

also, when I add it to my Shopify email, it is fine…except that the instagram logo isn’t visible (though the area where it should be is clickable.

When I copy paste the signature into my apple mail, the social icons render vertically instead of horizontally. How can I fix it?

Can you maybe try to add the signature as HTML? You can read here how to do that: http://matt.coneybeare.me/how-to-make-an-html-signature-in-apple-mail-for-mavericks-os-x-10-dot-9.

Hi there when I copy and paste, it doesn’t paste the logo, or social media icons and is just plain black in colour?
